E-cigarette use or vaping is becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to smoking cigarettes. Is it really helpful for quitting smoking or as a safer alternative to smoking? For teens, in particular, vaping can be harmful, possibly even more so than smoking. Here are some facts to consider:
•Nicotine use can disrupt the
formation of brain circuits that control attention, learning, and
susceptibility to addiction •Long-term effects of exposure
include mood disorders and permanent lowering of impulse control |

Today,
I would like to introduce you to homeopathy and how it can be used in a
clinical setting.
Homeopathy
originated in Germany in the late 18 century, and treatment is
based on an individual patient’s needs and seeks to achieve health on a mental,
emotional, and physical level. Because the remedies are so dilute, there are
rarely any side effects. Homeopathic
remedies are derived from substances that come from plants, minerals, or
animals, and are “individualized” or tailored to each person—it is not uncommon
for different people with the same condition to
receive different treatments, simply because every person is unique
and a condition can be caused by different factors in each individual. |

This is a good read. I wanted to share, because so many people are sensitive to fragrances, and this article sheds light on WHY. Using fragrance-free products is a much safer and healthier way to go.
